She's pretty much our other child. And thankfully, just like Chloe, she likes the beach, the car, outings with friends; let's just say we don't leave home without this little lady. Chloe is kind of attached. Although she might not know it, I would certainly be aware of her absence. She provides hours of teething pain relief. Thank goodness for this pint size giraffe.
Since Kevin proposed while we were backpacking in Paris, I love picking up little French toys for Chloe that remind me of our engagement. It's tough to find any that don't scream princess. I prefer something a little understated and subtle. I know it sounds silly to be picky about baby toys but I'm a creative type and I want everything to be beautiful. And as clutter free as possible. So a safe, simple, washable and cute toy is what I'm all about.
It looks like we aren't the only ones who love Sophie.

love this... i was soooo against the whole "girls have to be princesses" until em thought she really was one. now i have embraced it!
