My sweet husband picked up some pizza dough and I used what we had on hand. I have to say I was proud of my resourcefulness. The flavor was delish.
All you need:
pizza dough- I used Trader Joe's garlic and herb
olive oil- Trader Joe's garlic olive oil (or sauce of your choice)
asparagus
apple
heirloom tomatoes- for flavor and color variety
mozzarella or cheese of your liking
*I think it would be delicious with prosciutto.
directions:
flour pizza stone or baking tray
add olive olive
add thin sliced apples (mine were Fuji)
add asparagus tops
add halved tomatoes
top with mozzarella
bake for allotted time on your pizza dough packaging.
Enjoy! Easy prep, not too many ingredients, it was simple.
Just the way I like dinner to be.
What did you have for dinner?

Hello Rebekka, Tereza & Linsday,
Glad you enjoyed the recipe. It's a cinch and turned out better than I anticipated. You can really add any combo you'd like. Thanks for reading! Bon appetit! Lisa
Yum! We love pizza night in our house!
On Friday I devoted some time to prepping for dinner. I made Brian bison brie burgers, and they were heavenly! Served with a side of chopped beet salad from our CSA box. Try these both sometime, Lisa! You won't be disappointed. Thinking of you!

These recipes sound amazing Gina! Thank you for sharing them. I hear bison is so good for you and low in fat. I've been wanting to try it for a few weeks now. ;) And beets are amazing. I bet Brian appreciates your whipping this up for him.
